	CNC Machining We have the latest Anderson routers giving us capability to carry out fast 3-axis machining and complex 5-axis work		Computer Aided Design Use of Alphacam software in conjunction with CNC machinery allows unlimited design options and machining strategies which have until recently only been available to the aerospace industry. Modelling on the computer and checking virtual component machining before commencement speeds up the final job and eliminates errors.
	Pattern making We have been involved in pattern and mould making over the years, and see this as a possible growth area with our new 5 axis machining capabilities		Hand rails CNC routing allows more freedom to produce 3D objects, including curved or spiral handrails.
	Restoration We combine modern techniques and technology with traditional craftsmanship to produce architectural replicas that maintain the look, feel and craftsmanship of the original and fit sympathetically into their surroundings.		Turning Our hydraulic copy lathe has a capacity of 1525mm. Our skilled operator can work to your pattern or from a drawing.
	Spraying Our dedicated spray room and experienced team of sprayers are used to finishing a wide range of products to a very high standard.		Projects We can supply individual components or fully finished assemblies to suit our customers requirements.
	Cladding systems We manufacture perimeter heating cladding systems used in schools, hospitals and care homes.
